Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ·      Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored for Tier II & III cities, focusing on regional consumer preferences. ·      Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives. ·      Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and retail channels for expansion. ·      Build and expand the distributor and retailer network, managing wholesalers, stockists, and sales agents for deep market penetration. Drive sales through hyperlocal distribution, cash-and-carry and direct-to-retail ·      Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting KPIs, sales targets, and tracking systems. Implement training programs and motivation plans, while monitoring performance and providing ongoing coaching. ·      Strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, institutional buyers, and key customers. ·      Analyze sales performance, distributor effectiveness, and retail trends, providing reports on forecasts, market insights, and competition.
