About the Role:

Sales Officers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell agro-based products and services to farmers, retailers, and distributors
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, agri-input dealers, and end customers
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence and competitor activity
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and feedback for management
  • Ensure timely payment collection and after-sales support
  • Participate in local agri-events, exhibitions, and training programs

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BSc or MSc in Agriculture or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in agri-input/product sales (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, agri-tech, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of rural/agricultural markets in Uttar Pradesh
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region
  • Own two-wheeler preferred
