Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Raipur. Duties include generating and converting leads, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, performing sales operations, and achieving targets. The role requires engaging with channel partners to drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and catering to their financial needs. Additionally, the role involves contributing to team goals and maintaining records of sales activities.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to drive revenue growth effectively.
Knowledge and proficiency in Channel Sales to collaborate successfully with partners and achieve sales targets.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a target-oriented environment.
Prior experience in the housing finance or banking industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
