Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Office Administrator role based in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The Sales Office Administrator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing customer service, supporting sales activities, and maintaining office operations. Daily tasks will include managing communications, assisting clients, maintaining office records, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
• Proficiency in Sales and client interaction
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a co-working space or startup environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - Preferred

Pay

• INR 14,000 to INR 20,000 Per Month
• Weekend Off
• Timings - Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
