Eligibility & Attributes

Bachelors degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to handle global clients
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving capabilities
5–10 years of experience in the travel industry; a diploma/degree in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage
Comfortable working in night shifts to support global markets

Responsibilities

Address customer inquiries received through digital platforms, emails, phone calls, and video calls
Provide recommendations on GIT / FIT / Inbound holiday packages based on customer requirements, budgets, and market trends
Manage end-to-end processes for bookings, itinerary planning, visa coordination and payment workflows
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Handle multi-country travel plans and high-value customer segments
Support global markets by delivering timely responses, resolving escalations, and ensuring service excellence across time zones
Maintain accuracy in documentation, customer updates, and entries while adhering to company policies and service standards
