Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Mentor. The Sales Mentor will be responsible for coaching and guiding the sales team to achieve their targets, developing sales strategies, conducting sales training sessions, and providing feedback and performance evaluations. The Sales Mentor will also assist in identifying new market opportunities and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Experience in sales coaching, training, and mentoring
Strong skills in sales strategy development and execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify new market opportunities
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
