Sales Mentor

You will be joining RAAK Technology, a partnership firm based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Specializing in producing solid flow monitors for various industries, the company is owned and operated by Ranjeet Gounder (CEO) and Akshay Shetty (Production Engineer). As a Sales Mentor in this full-time, on-site role in Mumbai, your primary responsibilities will include coaching and guiding the sales team towards achieving their targets. You will be tasked with developing effective sales strategies, conducting training sessions for the sales team, and providing feedback and performance evaluations. Moreover, you will play a key role in identifying new market opportunities and nurturing strong customer relationships.
