Sales - Medical Devices

As a Field Officer or Field Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with hospitals and clinics in the regions of Chennai, Vellore, Coimbatore, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Ahmedabad, Ludhiana, Tirupati/Nellore, and Raichur Karnataka. With a total of 10 positions available, you will need to have at least 10 years of experience in medical devices, sutures, or healthcare sales. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities with hospitals and clinics. - Promoting the company's medical devices to surgeons and procurement teams. - Organizing product demos, trials, and training sessions for end users. - Meeting sales targets and providing reports on market trends and competitor activities. - Maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a relevant field. Additionally, strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. You should also be willing to travel extensively within and around the designated headquarters. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location will be in person.,
