• Conduct B2B sales activities, including cold calling, product demos, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Oversee territory management, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation to maximize sales potential.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports for strategic planning.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote products and services, including digital campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Engage in technical sales by demonstrating product features, providing solutions-based consultations, and supporting customer inquiries.
• Lead lead generation efforts through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
• Foster excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining professional relationships.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, and account management within a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing sales territories and executing territory sales strategies.
• Strong background in marketing, with a focus on technology or industrial sales.
• Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage customer data and sales processes.
• Skilled in technical sales, product demonstrations, and upselling techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data, develop insights, and implement action plans.
• Prior management experience leading sales teams and driving performance.
• Familiarity with retail sales, inside sales, and cold calling strategies is a plus.
