Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets
• Follow up on all existing & fresh sales leads & take all necessary efforts (product presentations, site surveys, showroom visits of the client and/or architect, commercial offers, etc.) to convert them into a successful deal/order
• Schedule & implement daily & weekly sales action plans
• Maintain & update the customer database in the CRM software
• Update the progress of each lead daily
• Ensure clearance of all outstanding payments from clients as per the agreed terms
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure delivery & installation of the committed product in the committed timeline
• Maintain good business relations with architects, interior designers, contractors, etc.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions & competitors' products & develop an action plan to stay ahead in the market
• Ensure customer service satisfaction & good client relationships
• Perform checks on product and service delivery
• Participate in sales & marketing events
