Key Responsibilities: Manage client/prospect database and support the sales team in follow-ups Issue Work Orders to the Production team for confirmed sales Coordinate between Sales, Production & Logistics for timely order dispatch Manage CRM software: ensure regular updates, train new users, and drive adoption Assist in organizing seminars, client events, and internal marketing campaigns Execute bulk email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns Manage the companys social media posts and updates (LinkedIn/Instagram) Prepare sales reports and support in documentation Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Graduate (BBA/B.Com preferred); MBA is a plus 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or CRM Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu Working knowledge of Excel and basic social media tools Proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player
