Job Responsibilities To constantly learn and understand the technical concepts of Lightning Protection & Earthing Systems (LPS & ES) . To interact with existing and prospective clients regularly to understand their LPS and Earthing requirements and provide technically sound solutions using CIKIT brand products and services . To identify and communicate with prospective clients nationally and globally to strengthen CIKITs brand presence in the LPS & Earthing domain. Marketing Engineers are expected to actively work in the field , visiting and meeting Electrical Consultants, Electrical Contractors, MEP Managers, Procurement Managers, Project Heads , and other key decision-makers to introduce CIKIT and its product range , with the objective of generating new enquiries and building strong client relationships. Marketing Engineers will also be responsible for visiting project sites , analysing on-ground conditions , and confirming LPS & Earthing requirements based on site observations and discussions with project stakeholders. To coordinate with internal teams including Design, Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Support to ensure timely and efficient execution of client requirements. To perform Risk Assessments and Design for LPS and Earthing systems when required for project evaluation or client support. To develop strong communication and presentation skills to conduct seminars and webinars for clients, consultants, and industry professionals across India and abroad. To respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and maintain consistent follow-up until project closure. To contribute to CIKITs marketing and promotional activities on social media and digital platforms. To represent CIKIT at national and international trade shows, exhibitions, and technical forums . To perform all assigned responsibilities with utmost sincerity, commitment, and timeliness strictly no excuses and no procrastination . Preferred candidate profile Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (preferred). Diploma in Electrical Engineering with strong technical aptitude may also be considered. Experience: 0–5 years of experience in electrical product marketing, technical sales, project coordination, or consulting . Fresh graduates with excellent communication and technical interest are encouraged to apply. Technical & Professional Skills: Strong understanding or willingness to learn about Lightning Protection Systems (LPS) and Earthing Solutions . Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications . Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and CRM tools is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and consultants. Ability to analyse project sites and identify LPS and Earthing requirements confidently.
