You will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities across ocean freight, air freight, and warehousing. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients by providing customized logistics solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering proposals, presentations, and pricing quotes to clients. Collaboration with operations, customer service, and finance teams will be vital to ensure seamless business execution. Market research to stay abreast of customer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments will also be part of your key responsibilities. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in ocean freight, air freight, and warehousing. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by offering tailored logistics solutions. - Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and pricing quotes to clients. - Coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance teams for smooth business execution. - Conduct market research to analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 3 to 15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain industry. - Demonstrated track record of achieving targets and managing customer relationships effectively. - Strong knowledge of international logistics, EXIM procedures, freight rate structures, and documentation.
