Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell financial products, including Mutual Funds, Insurance (Life/Health/General), and Loans (Personal, Home, Business). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, providing financial solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers for Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Loan products through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online leads. Explain the features, benefits, terms, and eligibility of financial products to customers. Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable financial products. Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines. Conduct regular follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships. Handle documentation, application submissions, and ensure timely processing. Maintain updated knowledge of product features, market trends, and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies for smooth processing. Prepare daily sales reports and provide market feedback to the management. Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and financial awareness programs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales of financial products (preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills. Good understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Loan products. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales. Preferred: IRDA / AMFI certification (preferred for Insurance & Mutual Fund sales). Prior experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, or financial advisory firms.
