Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage promotional activities, and oversee campaign execution to enhance event visibility. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams, coordinating with external stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth. Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports will be core tasks to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Promotion

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing

• Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Identification

• Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Leadership abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Familiarity with the exhibition and trade show industry

• Proficiency in marketing tools and software is a strong advantage

• Proactive attitude with a solution-driven mindset

• Proven experience in

  B2B marketing and association coordination

• Strong relationship-building skills with

  local, regional, and national bodies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Understanding of industrial categories and MSME ecosystem

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing / Business / Management
• MBA (Marketing) preferred

Experience

• 36 years

  of experience in marketing
• Prior exposure to exhibitions, events, or institutional relations preferred
