Key Responsibilities Marketing Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of CoinExchangeWorld services. Create and manage digital campaigns (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and X/Twitter) to attract crypto traders and investors. Build relationships with crypto communities, influencers, and content creators to enhance brand visibility. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify new marketing opportunities. Plan and execute local promotional activities, events, and campaigns across Mumbai. Handle marketing collaterals, social media posts, and digital creatives in collaboration with the design team. Sales Generate leads through online and offline marketing efforts. Educate potential clients about CoinExchangeWorld’s services, features, and benefits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with traders, investors, and partners. Meet and exceed monthly sales and transaction volume targets. Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and feedback in CRM tools. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth KYC and transaction processes.
