Job Description: Marketing Executive
Role:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling inside sales, outbound calls, inbound calls, and lead generation to attract customers and grow the business. You will also assist in marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
● Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product/service information.
● Conduct inside sales by identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
● Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and social media to convert them into customers.
● Maintain and update customer records in the database for future follow-ups.
● Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost brand awareness.
● Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials like brochures and emails.
● Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
● Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
● Track and analyze sales performance and report results to management.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
