The ideal candidate should have prior experience in TMT bar or steel product sales. Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard dealers and distributors in the assigned region Promote and sell TMT bars to retailers, builders, and contractors Meet monthly sales targets and report market feedback Maintain good relationships with channel partners and resolve queries Regularly visit market areas for follow-ups and business development Prepare and maintain sales reports and competitor analysis Candidate Requirements:1–3 years of experience in TMT bar/steel product sales Good understanding of the local construction and steel market Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
