Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Conduct market analysis to understand competitors, customer needs, and industry trends. Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional content and strategies.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and trade shows to promote the company’s products/services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel when required.
