Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Calling Executive who can handle inbound and outbound customer calls, pitch our clean and organic products, convert leads into orders, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role is perfect for someone who is confident on calls, persuasive, and enjoys helping customers choose healthier alternatives. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers, warm leads, and repeat buyers. Explain Agrofield’s products: wood-pressed oils, Vedic ghee, raw honey, and organic groceries. Convert inquiries into sales orders with a strong closing approach. Maintain a database of leads, follow-up calls, and conversion tracking. Handle queries about products, pricing, delivery, and offers. Boost repeat orders by maintaining ongoing relationships with customers. Work closely with the sales & operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Prepare daily call reports and maintain CRM sheets.
