Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury goods, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the jewellery store. Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Sales: Greet and engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and value of various jewellery products. Recommend products and assist customers in making purchase decisions. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewellery trends, product collections, materials (e.g., gold, diamonds, gemstones), and craftsmanship. Stay informed about store promotions and new product launches. Store Operations: Ensure that the display counters are organized, clean, and visually appealing. Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and product tagging. Follow security and loss prevention protocols. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized service. Maintain client records for follow-ups and future marketing or sales initiatives. Handle after-sales service including exchanges, repairs, and complaints professionally. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance. Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a polished and professional demeanor. Attention to detail and the ability to handle high-value transactions with care. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
