Sales & Marketing Executive

The Tele Executive will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, promote products or services, provide customer support, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers. Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with call details and feedback. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of opportunities. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the relevant department. Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive company image in every interaction. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and communication skills. Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language as needed). Good listening and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident telephone manner. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure. Target-oriented and self-driven. Qualification & Experience:Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome. Salary Range:₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) + incentives
