Job Title: Real Estate Inside Sales Manager Location: Sector 47, Gurgaon Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 + Incentives Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Managers to join our real estate team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales to achieve targets. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls and emails. Convert leads into site visits and sales closures. Provide clients with detailed property information and guide them through the buying process. Maintain good client relationships and follow up regularly. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Requirements: Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fresher or experienced in sales (real estate experience is a plus). Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Note: Open to both male and female candidates.
