Job Description Role The Sales & Marketing Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing activities for the organization’s electronic products. The position involves achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products to end customers, consultants, and contractors. Responsibilities    Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.  Conduct regular customer visits and field interactions.  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.  Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to promote solutions.  Prepare detailed sales and marketing documents, including product information and proposals.  Maintain updated pricing information for all products.  Conceptualize and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.  Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.  Ensure all activities align with company policies, ethics, and values.  Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery. Requirements   Preferred Qualifications:   Technical & Professional Skills: Experience in sales and marketing of electronic or industrial electronic products. Strong understanding of electronic systems, instrumentation, and industrial automation. Strategic technical thinking with solid business acumen. Self-motivated, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work independently.     Communication & Behavioral Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Clear, calm, and confident presentation style. Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to change. Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and work ethics. Enthusiastic and naturally curious about new technologies. Patient and professional in handling clients and internal stakeholders.   Preferred Industry Background: Electronics Industrial Electronics Instrumentation   Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.Sc. / Diploma / Degree in Electronics Experience: 10–15 years in sales and marketing of electronic systems or related industries   Joining Period: Within one month or earlier
