Job Description

Role    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting our Project Managers in organizing ongoing projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.    Responsibilities    Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.  Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.  Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.  Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.  Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.  Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.  Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.  Help organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.  Perform any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Project Manager.    Requirements    Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the Automation Industry.  Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
