About the Role

Osseous Surgicals is expanding its field operations and is hiring Marketing Executives (Field Duty)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, and distributors
• Promote and market surgical goods, orthopaedic, and rehabilitation products
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with doctors, purchase managers, and distributors
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and submit sales reports; monitor competitor activity
• Represent the company at product demonstrations, conferences, and exhibitions

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 210 years of field marketing or sales experience
• Strong background in orthopaedics, OT assistance, orthopaedic dealer network, surgical goods, rehabilitation products, medical devices, or pharma
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively

Work Environment

• Multiple vacancies across Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Telangana

• Field-based role with extensive travel and regular interaction with healthcare professionals, distributors, and management teams.
