Sales Marketing Executive

Job Description: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (KOLKATA/ODISHA & GUWAHATI -NORTHEAST REGION)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales & marketing executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will visit every private & government sector to generate leads & specify the product. This is a key role that requires analyzed market trends& competitor activity to adjust sales strategies for market penetration.

Responsibilities:

1. MEETING WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.
2. HANDLING EXISTING CUSTOMERS IN TERMS OF SALES.
3. GENERATE NEW SALES ENQURIES FROM MARKET
4. MEETING WITH ARCHITECTS & CONTRACTORS
5. MEETING WITH DEPARMENT LIKE PWD/CPWD/NBCC/LOCAL AUTHORITIES ETC.
6. GROW BRAND AWERNESS BY INCREASING MARKET PENETRATION
7. TO VISIT EVERY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT TO GENERATE LEADS & SPECIFY THE PRODUCTS.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of Sales & marketing processes and relevant regulations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
4. Proven ability to secure sales & specify the products.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in English & regional languages.
7. Flexibility to travel & have own bike.
8. MBA/ bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a related field is preferred.
9. Salary will be offered as per market standards.
