Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Female Candidates Preferred) Company: Longefit Fitness & Wellness Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi Experience: Minimum 1-2 year preferred Industry: Fitness and Wellness Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Longefit . This role is ideal for female candidates with around 1 or 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the fitness or health industry. Key Responsibilities: Represent the company in corporate tie-up meetings and partnerships with external organizations Willingness to travel as and when required for business development activities Supervise and support the Customer Relationship Executive team Oversee client conversion processes and monitor successful client onboarding Engage with leads and drive new client acquisition Build strong client relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Malayalam ; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage Confident, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in the fitness/wellness/health sector will be an added benefit Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Are you willing to work for long term Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
