Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Hospitality Software & App Solutions Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing Preferred Candidate: Female Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our software and mobile app solutions tailored for the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, etc.). Key Responsibilities: * Identify and connect with potential clients in the hospitality sector * Pitch software/app solutions, conduct product demos, and close sales * Develop and execute local marketing strategies * Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business * Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets * Maintain reports and updates in CRM tools Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or software sales * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Basic tech knowledge to understand and demonstrate software/app features * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a plus
