Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in [industry/sector].
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
