Job Description

As a Client Relationship Executive at our company, your role will involve acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and providing top-notch services to ensure client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships by delivering high-quality services - Activating dormant clients and re-engaging with them - Making outbound calls and following up on leads generated through Digital Marketing - Pitching new investment opportunities to existing clients - Understanding client problems and challenges to provide effective resolutions - Achieving monthly/quarterly targets set by the company To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Undergraduate degree in any field - Experience in a stock broking company or mutual fund industry - Strong telecalling skills to convince customers and convert leads into sales - Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; proficiency in English is an advantage - Confidence, determination, and resilience to cope with rejection Additionally, our company offers a competitive salary package with the best industry standards and provides additional incentives based on performance.,
