Sales & Marketing Executive

Overview:
We are looking for a confident and dynamic Marketing Executive interested in the field of tensile structures or related industries. This is a field sales role requiring client interaction, cold calling, and strong negotiation skills. You will be responsible for meeting clients, architects, and decision-makers to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote tensile structures, awnings, and canopy solutions.
• Visit project sites to meet clients, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Ensure timely payment recovery and maintain updated CRM records.
• Conduct product demos and presentations.
• Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming project sites for potential opportunities.
• Create promotional content for social media, WhatsApp marketing, and online campaigns.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, B. Tech, B.Sc., or MBA in Marketing (preferred).
• Experience: Fresher and Experienced both can apply.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and comfort with technology. Proficient in local languages.
• Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for client visits.

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
Perks: Conveyance reimbursement
