Hacop Pumps Pvt Ltd

Pune

Pune region

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and on-board new industrial pump dealers, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
Actively engage with potential direct clients (e.g., in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, food processing industries) to understand their needs and provide pump solutions.
Achieve ambitious sales targets through effective lead generation, client presentations, and negotiation.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends within the assigned territory.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Provide online product demonstrations and technical information to prospects and existing clients.

We Are Looking For:

Minimum
1-2 years of proven experience
in B2B sales or marketing, Preference for specifically within the
industrial equipment or pump manufacturing sector.
Candidate preferably located in Pune or willing to relocate.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A self-starter with a strong achievement orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Technical aptitude to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
