Job Description

Role Overview: Grainville India Private Limited, a prominent player in the rice processing industry, is seeking proactive Sales & Marketing Executives to drive customer outreach, introduce the company to potential buyers, and facilitate sales conversions. As the company expands, they are looking for individuals with expertise in CRM tools, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset to strengthen customer engagement and sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with potential buyers through phone, email, and other channels. - Introduction & Awareness: Introduce Grainville India Private Limited, its operations, and products to potential customers. - Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with buyers for when the company's owner visits the buyer's country. - Sales Facilitation: Share product catalogs, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns buyers may have. - Quotation & Pricing: Provide quotations to buyers and handle price negotiations to finalize orders. - Order Finalization: Collaborate with the management team to ensure timely and successful order closures. - CRM Utilization: Update and track all interactions, follow-ups, and deals in Zoho CRM (or any other CRM) to ensure data-driven sales progress. Qualification Required: - Must-Have Skills & Requirements: - CRM Expertise: 1-2 years of experience working with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred). - Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to order finalization. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the brand message effectively. - Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer queries and provide prompt solutions. - Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals while maintaining positive client relationships. - Remote Work: Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities while working from home. - Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with Zoho CRM (strongly preferred). - Sales experience in the rice, food processing, or related industries is a bonus.
