Job Overview:
We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of specific experience in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales through direct, offline marketing and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calling, and industry networking.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients in sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase our PEB solutions.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and present detailed project proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with the technical and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the PEB construction industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong existing network of contacts in the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
