Job Description

Spectrum Digital Prints is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, field sales, and relationship management. The role requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience in selling branding and printing solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales
• Meet clients and promote flex printing, LED signage, and branding services
• Understand client requirements and prepare quotations
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Coordinate with design and production teams for order execution
• Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate only
• Age: 25 years and above
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or marketing experience
• Experience in printing, advertising, or branding industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to do field work
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools

Salary & Benefits

• First 3 Months (Provision Period): ₹15,000 per month
• After 3 Months: ₹15,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
