Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Executives for a field sales role. The job involves visiting local businesses like shop owners, vendors, coaching institutes, and service providers to pitch our IT services and solutions. This is a full-time on-ground role, and proper sales training will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities: Visit business hubs and commercial areas to meet potential clients. Pitch IT services such as website development, digital marketing, ERP, and software solutions. Understand client requirements and offer suitable digital solutions. Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert into sales. Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions; meet sales targets. Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of sales or marketing experience preferred (freshers with good communication can also apply). Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler. Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of digital services is a plus. Skills Preferred: Excellent interpersonal skills Hindi fluency (Basic English understanding) Confidence in face-to-face business communication Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude Field Work: Yes – this is a full-time field sales role focused on B2B outreach in Jodhpur and surrounding areas.
