Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new schools, colleges, training institutes, and B2C learners to increase platform adoption.
  • Conduct product demos to educators, administrators, and students, showcasing platform features and learning outcomes.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through calls, outreach campaigns, webinars, and partnerships.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote courses, learning tools, and digital features across multiple channels.
  • Run targeted digital campaigns (social media, SEO, email, WhatsApp, paid ads) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to create compelling course content, brochures, landing pages, and sales decks.
  • Monitor student/teacher engagement data to improve retention, upselling, and subscription renewals.
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, school visits, seminars, and online events to boost brand presence.
  • Build strategic partnerships with educators, influencers, and institutions to expand market reach.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, campaign performance, and customer feedback to optimize growth strategies.
