Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, calls, and online platforms.
• Identify and approach potential clients including builders, architects, government departments, and corporate offices.
• Follow up with leads, schedule client meetings, and assist in closing deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and share sales reports, targets, and follow-up updates regularly.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Promote the brand and services through social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
• Coordinate with design teams for marketing materials like brochures, catalogs, and site banners.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking meets, or industry events to increase visibility.
• Research and report on competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing tools.
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
