Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, closing sales, and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: • Identify potential customers and generate new leads through calls, visits, and networking. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. • Present and explain products/services to customers in a professional manner. • Negotiate prices, terms, and close deals effectively. • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on progress. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Gather market information and competitor activity to improve sales strategy. Requirements: • Proven experience in sales (experience in hardware/building materials/steel industry preferred). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality. • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for reporting. • Own two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred).
