Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Tally Partner firm, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing marketing initiatives to promote Tally software products and services. Your role will focus on building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Tally software sales and services. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and field visits. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, including SMEs, corporates, and channel partners. Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients to showcase Tally features and benefits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Coordinate with the technical team for implementation, support, and after-sales service. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and events) to promote Tally products. Create and share marketing collateral, newsletters, and social media posts. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to refine sales strategies. Maintain accurate sales and marketing records using CRM or similar tools. Participate in Tally-authorized events, webinars, and trade shows.
