Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Azlawiatech Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote our services to our German client, ensuring strong client relationships and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the German market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our German client, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, organize, and execute targeted marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, tailored to the German market.
• Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, emails, and attending industry events.
• Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions. Provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing.
• understanding of the German market and business culture is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German language is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Result-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Minimum 2 year experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,698.92 - ₹30,771.75 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
