Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDistributor (DB) appointment and onboarding in assigned HQ & surrounding markets. Channel development and coverage expansion (GT outlets, sub-stockists, wholesalers, Distributor). Achieve primary & secondary sales targets. Plan & execute local marketing activities, visibility, and promotions. Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Regular market visits, competitor tracking, and reporting to management. Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate / 12th pass with 1–3 years’ sales experience in FMCG / Food & Beverages (Freshers with strong interest in FMCG sales can also apply). Experience in General Trade preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory. Must be willing to travel in assigned HQ and surrounding areas. Locations (Hiring Across): Moradabad (covering Moradabad, Amroha, Joya, Rudrapur, Haldwani, etc.) Aligarh / Agra (covering surrounding districts) Noida / Ghaziabad (covering nearby NCR areas) Gurgaon / Faridabad (covering South NCR & Haryana belt) Dehradun / Haridwar (covering surrounding Uttarakhand markets)
