We are looking for a talented and hardworking Marketing Executives to join our team, Abe services private limited. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field. Minimum of 1 YEAR experience in Marketing activities Offline and Digital. Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekend. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Familiarity with marketing development strategies. Proven experience in a retail and digital marketing sector is a must. Duties / Responsibilities: Engaging marketing activities offline and digital. Responsible for organizing and conducting Marketing campaigns as per company requirement. Staying aware of the latest marketing trends that will be relevant to the company’s growth/promotion and acting on them. Providing continuous executable ideas for our marketing to attract prospective clients and retain existing ones. Communicate with senior management about outbound marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm new and creative digital marketing growth strategies. Optimizing our marketing strategies and to maximize the impact of our business by delivering it to the right people at the right time. Identify weakness in existing marketing campaigns and develop solutions with budgetary constraints. Create and execute lead generation program. Coordinating the digital marketing team inhouse. Immediate joiners will be given preferences.
