Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to promote and sell our extensive range of CP and sanitary ware products. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and willing to engage with customers directly in the field. The role focuses on expanding our dealer and distributor network in the Himmatnagar and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit prospective dealers and distributors in the assigned area
• Promote products through field visits, demonstrations, and presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Ensure timely delivery of dealer schemes, promotional offers, and product details
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Clearly explain the USPs (Unique Selling Points) of each product
• Share regular market feedback and competitor analysis
• Maintain and submit monthly sales reports and data
• Ensure effective in-store product display and brand visibility
• Collect payments in accordance with company policies

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about sanitary/bathware products
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Ability to travel daily within the designated region

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
