Sales Marketing Account Executive

Role Overview: You will be joining GTPL as an In-House Marketing and Sales Executive, responsible for promoting industrial automation products and services, generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving business growth. Your role will involve a combination of sales and marketing tasks to contribute to the company's success in the industrial automation sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels such as inbound marketing, trade shows, referrals, and cold outreach targeting companies within the industrial automation sector. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their automation needs, and offer tailored solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits of industrial automation solutions. - Lead sales negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. - Conduct market research, execute digital marketing campaigns, create compelling content, and enhance the company's online presence within the industrial automation market. - Collaborate with the sales team, manage CRM tools, track leads, analyse key metrics, and provide insights to improve marketing and sales strategies. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the industrial automation or B2B sector.
