Sales Marketing Account Executive

You will be joining GTPL, a leader in the industrial automation sector as an In-House Marketing and Sales Executive. Your role will involve a combination of sales and marketing responsibilities to promote industrial automation products and services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive business growth. To excel in this position, you must have a solid understanding of industrial automation technologies and a keen interest in marketing and sales. Your sales responsibilities will include identifying and generating high-quality leads through various channels, engaging with customers to build lasting relationships, conducting product presentations and demos, negotiating and closing sales deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive efforts. On the marketing front, you will conduct market research, develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, create compelling content, enhance the company's online presence, optimize the website for lead generation, and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless information flow and lead nurturing. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the industrial automation or B2B sector. Skills required include strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies, lead generation, B2B sales, proficiency in digital marketing tools, presentation skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. Personal attributes such as being proactive, self-driven, results-oriented, organised, and having a solutions-focused mindset will be beneficial.
