Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - 2 Wheeler Loan at IDFC FIRST Bank, located in Surendranagar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of 2-wheeler loans, building and maintaining relationships with dealers and customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales targets, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and monitoring the performance of loan products. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, particularly in the financial sector
• Knowledge of 2-wheeler loan products and market trends
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the banking or automotive industry is a plus
