Job Description

You will be responsible for developing various sources for agent hiring and building a team of agents along with maintaining an agent pipeline. Your role will involve conducting activities to increase existing agent footfall in order to generate fresh referrals for new agent recruitment. Additionally, you will be expected to focus on developing agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits. Collaboration with agents to plan and review activities and goals will be a key aspect of your job. You will also need to identify the training requirements of agents and coordinate with Trainers to enhance their skills. Meeting business targets, improving agent productivity and retention, as well as maintaining quality business vectors such as persistency and surrender will be crucial for success in this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shift with a performance bonus structure. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in any sales-related role. The work location for this position is in person.,
