Location:Kerala & Tamil Nadu (Based in South India with travel flexibility)

About the Company:

We are a growing hospitality group managing a unique portfolio of premium resorts and private homestays across South India:

* Three full-service resorts in munnar

* Two private homestays in Wayanad and Ooty

* A collection of 180 boutique villas in munnar

Our properties are designed to offer immersive and personalized guest experiences, blending nature, comfort, and culture. We're now looking for a Sales Manager to lead sales and revenue generation across this diverse portfolio.

Role Overview:

As Sales Manager,you will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C bookings, managing travel partnerships, handling OTA channels, and maximizing occupancy and revenue across all our properties. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both traditional resort sales and the niche market of private villa/homestay experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies for all properties to meet occupancy and revenue goals

* Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, MMT, etc.), corporate clients, event planners, and tour operators

* Generate leads for group bookings, corporate offsites, destination weddings, and long-stay guests

* Promote villa stays and private homestay experiences to high-end leisure and experiential travel markets

* Conduct sales visits, roadshows, and property presentations across key cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad, etc.)

* Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management

* Work closely with reservations, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment of guest experience and brand promise

* Identify new revenue channels and distribution partners for both resorts and homestays

Candidate Profile:

* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)

* 5–8 years of experience in hotel, resort, or boutique property sales (experience in both resort and homestay segments preferred)

* Strong network in travel trade, corporates, and event planners

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

* Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and OTA platforms

* Willingness to travel frequently within South India

* Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented professional
